What You’ll Do:
Provide holistic, one-on-one therapy tailored to residents’ strengths, routines, and preferences.
Support residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical well-being.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Help residents regain mobility, confidence, and independence through personalized treatment plans.
What You’ll Need:
Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Maryland.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to complete documentation meeting reimbursement and regulatory standards.
Experience working with older adults preferred.
