Responsibilities
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Physcial Therapy Program
If program graduation is prior to 2005, a Bachelors degree is required
If program graduation is from 2005-2019, a Masters degree is required
If program graudation is 2020-prsent, a Clinical Doctorate (not PHD) is required
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice, or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
Previous outpatient or related Physical Therapy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Ability to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
