At Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital’s Outpatient Department, we’re building something special: a high-performing, close-knit therapy team that puts patients first and supports one another every step of the way.We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapists to join our outpatient crew. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with experienced Physiatrists, Neurologists, and a full team of OT/PT/SLP professionals who all share one mission: provide exceptional, individualized care that helps patients truly move forward.This is not a high-volume, factory-style clinic. You’ll get the time and support to treat patients one-on-one—because that’s how the best outcomes happen.What You’ll Get:
  • Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (32 hrs) positions available
  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Very competitive hourly rate
  • Monday through Friday schedule—no weekends
  • 1:1 patient treatment model
  • Diverse patient population with Neuro and Ortho cases
  • Mentorship and support from experienced, hands-on leadership
  • Continuing Education Reimbursement + Tuition Reimbursement
