AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants direct mentorship, strong clinical development, and the opportunity to grow in a performance-focused practice.

Requirements
Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)
Dry Needling preferred (not required — training available)
New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $76,000–$85,000 with clear growth potential beyond based on performance
Bonus potential tied to patient volume and clinic growth
Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience)

PTO eligible after 90 days: starts at 80 hours, increases with tenure
