Physical Therapist – Sports/Ortho | New Grads Welcome | Mentorship

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants direct mentorship, strong clinical development, and the opportunity to grow in a performance-focused practice.

Role & Development

• Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care

• Build strong patient relationships and deliver a great experience

• Gradual caseload ramp with support in clinical decision-making and workflow

• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to clinic development

• Grow toward increased responsibility over time based on performance

Requirements

• Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)

• Dry Needling preferred (not required — training available)

• New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $76,000–$85,000 with clear growth potential beyond based on performance

• Bonus potential tied to patient volume and clinic growth

• Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience and distance)

• PTO eligible after 90 days: starts at 80 hours, increases with tenure
