Compensation & Bonuses
Base Salary:$80,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:Up to $1,500 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics
Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:Approximately $98,000 – $113,000 annually, based on consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics
Additional Incentives:• Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations• Design individualized treatment plans• Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy services• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness• Track progress and document efficiently using AI-assisted software• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
