About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Staff Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Stafford, VA 22554. We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Our therapists treat a diverse patient population, including:

• General orthopedic conditions
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Sports injuries
• Neurological conditions
• Limited pediatric cases

What You ll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments.
• Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, prognosis, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted Maryland Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
