Physical Therapist

This can be a contract or PERM placement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to improve patient function and mobility.

  • Assess patient needs, set measurable goals, and track progress in standardized metrics.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client outcomes and milestones.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, privacy, and regulatory standards in all activities.

  • Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and home-based care.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.

  • Demonstrate continuous learning to stay current with clinical guidelines and techniques.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and contribute to pipeline-driven growth goals.

  • Participate in on-site clinic operations, including scheduling, documentation, and billing compliance.

  • Maintain high accountability for personal performance with transparent progress reports.

  • Mentor junior staff or interns to foster a culture of merit-based advancement.

  • Provide telehealth or on-site therapy as required, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed physical therapist with current state licensure or eligibility.

  • Provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve function and mobility.
