Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)/ MSPT from an accredited program .
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and technologies.
