    Job Summary

    The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and delivers individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring mobility, improving functional capacity, and enhancing overall quality of life. This role involves performing comprehensive assessments, developing goal-oriented treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

     

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
    • Active Massachusetts PT License required
    • 2+ years of PT experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
