Physical Therapist (Contract)

Location: California 96130
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services (90% outpatient, 10% inpatient/swing)

• Assess, treat, and document patient progress

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed

Requirements

• Physical Therapist License – California: Required

• BLS Certification: Required

• Completion of Meal Waiver and Adult Abuse Forms

• Ability to work in business casual attire
