    Description

    Position: Physical Therapist

    Salary Range: $46-$51 per hour

    Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

    Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 147 beds

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated P-Physical Therapist to join our team at a thriving Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, injuries, and treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans

    - Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities

    - Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

    - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

    - Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies, utilizing them to enhance patient care

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

    - Valid state Physical Therapist license

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting

    - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
