Physical Therapist - Tampa FL

Currently we are searching for a Physical Therapist to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy for an exceptional occupational healthcare organization based out of Tampa, FL.




·       Contract length: 8-13 weeks

·       Pay rate range: $55 - $65 an hour

·       Shifts: Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm

·       Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay




JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Responsible for Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedic post-op rehab, rehab of spinal disorders, experience in treatment of elbow, wrist, hand disorders.

·      Work in collaboration with other Health Center staff members including, doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, as well as community providers to promote health and wellness to onsite employees and their dependents. 

·      Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

·      Teaching “real time” proper body mechanics at the employee’s workstation. 

·      Assessing and correcting poor ergonomics.

·      Medical documentation in Epic EMR.




We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

·      2-5 years of recent Physical Therapist experience. 

·      PT License in Florida and CPR certification required.
