Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

Pediatric Physical Therapist

$45/hour (wages based on experience) + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Pediatric Partners is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in Thief River Falls. Whether you re an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you re committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you'll support children with a variety of needs including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges and helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.

What You'll Bring

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program

(New graduates and students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply)

• Active state PT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure upon graduation
• Passion for working with children and adolescents, supporting developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, and medically complex needs
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy work: lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs consistently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• A growth-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
