Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Will begin at a clinic in North Jacksonville and split time between clinic locations.
• May be required to float between outpatient clinic locations.
