Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Experience with post-op knee, hip, and shoulder patients, and low back/neck pain

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend requirements: none
• Call requirements: none
• Float requirements: none
• Equipment used: E-stim, Hivamat, laser, Alter G, Vector
• EMR: EPIC
