Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Care/Rehab | Urbana, IL | Up to $3,280/Week

HonorVet Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Urbana, Illinois . This is an excellent opportunity to work in an Acute Care/Rehab setting while earning competitive weekly pay.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Urbana, IL
• Specialty: Acute Care / Rehab
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekly Pay: Up to $3,280/week

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Current BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Previous Acute Care or Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
