About Us: We are an established and growing clinic with over 30 years of providing quality care to our patients. Our clinic offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with a dedicated team of Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). We pride ourselves on delivering one-on-one care in 40-minute intervals to ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve. As our patient caseload continues to grow, we are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to join our team and help maintain our high standard of care.
Job Description: We are looking for a Staff Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers a full and steady caseload, with a maximum of 12 patients per day. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one patient care, primarily in the areas of sports, orthopedic, neuro (limited), balance, vestibular, and pelvic health. You will be part of a growing, motivated team and will benefit from full administrative support, including a dedicated front office team.

- Competitive salary based on experience (up to $90,000)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one patient care in 40-minute intervals
- Treat a diverse caseload, including teens to geriatrics
- Focus on sports, orthopedic, neuro, balance, vestibular, and pelvic health
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and admin staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation via Clinicient EMR system (training provided)
- Attend daily huddles to review patient care and team goals
- Participate in internal continuing education and leadership training
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Physical Therapy license in the state of California
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong passion for patient care with a focus on individualized treatments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in pelvic health (training provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:15 AM - 12:20 PM
