• Location: Southcoast Business Center - Fairhaven, MA
• Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services and the Clinical Nurse Manager or designee, perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department.

• Provide Physical Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patient's capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current License in Physical Therapy in both MA & RI is required.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
• One (1) year of experience is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is also required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation

• Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
• Pay Range: USD $40.80 - USD $61.72 /Hr.
