Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Wilbraham, MA. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and balance-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards, collaborating with other clinicians and support staff, and educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention. The role also involves participating in interdisciplinary care discussions, contributing to clinic quality improvement initiatives, and supporting a positive, patient-focused environment aligned with FYZICAL’s whole-body approach and Balance Paradigm.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• \n
• Demonstrated skills in Medicine and Patient Care, including thorough evaluation, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice.
• \n
• Experience supporting patients in clinic and Home Care environments, with an emphasis on safety, independence, and functional outcomes.
• \n
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• \n
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Massachusetts.
• \n
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• \n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• \n
• Experience or interest in balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
