Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care for adult patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance disorders
• Provide individualized, 1-on-1 treatment in 60-minute blocks
• Maintain documentation using Prompt EMR (laptop provided)
• Collaborate with colleagues to support patient outcomes and clinic success

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an active North Carolina PT license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in any clinical setting
• Committed to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team culture
