The Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy a division of Integrated Musculoskeletal Care (IMC) delivers musculoskeletal care through in-person treatment, telehealth, health coaching, and digital tools. The Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy (COSPT), a division of Integrated Musculoskeletal Care (IMC), is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Tallahassee, FL. COSPT clinicians deliver outcomes-accountable musculoskeletal care using IMC's standardized assessment and treatment methodology — supported by structured onboarding, weekly quality-assurance sessions, and monthly clinical training. You won't be measured by patient volume. You'll be measured by results.

•Assess and treat MSK patients using IMC's standardized methodology

•Collect and utilize clinical outcomes data at every visit to drive treatment decisions

•Participate in weekly quality-assurance sessions reviewing cases against IMC benchmarks

•Complete IMC's Outcomes-Accountable Online Training and any required modules

•Attend monthly IMC training sessions and additional events throughout the year

•Serve as an MSK resource for primary care teams and referring providers

•Demonstrate the IMC evaluation and treatment process to students, providers, and volunteers

•Active Florida PT license (required)

•MDT coursework through Part B (preferred)

•Commitment to evidence-based, outcomes-driven care

•Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

•$80,000 – $90,000 annual base salary, commensurate with experience
