Peake Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking two full-time Physical Therapists to join our Towson and Hunt Valley clinics. These roles are ideal for new graduates, early-career clinicians, or experienced PTs who value collaboration, clinical growth, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
This is a paid, salaried outpatient position within a multi-specialty practice actively developing advanced programs across orthopedics, pulmonary rehab, neuro, and vestibular care. You will join a supportive team committed to mentorship, autonomy, and long-term professional development.

Position Overview
We are seeking Physical Therapists passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across a diverse outpatient caseload, including:
- Outpatient orthopedics
- Pulmonary rehabilitation
- Neurologic conditions
- Balance, dizziness, and vestibular rehabilitation
Our clinics emphasize full-scope PT practice, clinical autonomy, and a learning environment that supports both new and developing therapists.
Areas of Clinical Growth & Mentorship
You will be part of a team actively advancing specialty programs, with opportunities to engage in:
- Advanced vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, supported by internal training and collaboration with 360Neuro
- Ultrasound-guided diagnostics and rehabilitation for pelvic health, lumbar pain, and broader musculoskeletal assessment
- AAOMPT-aligned fellowship training, with mentorship from Fellows and Fellows-in-Training (optional pathway)
- Dry needling training and certification, supported as part of your onboarding and professional growth plan
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Maryland
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics and/or specialty populations
