Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem

Pay:

• Physical Therapist (PT): $80 per visit or $100,000-$120,000+ annually (based on caseload)
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $55-$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - choose your patients

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team

Requirements

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Driver's license + reliable transportation
