Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, developing personalized care plans, and implementing rehabilitation programs in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are willing to sponsor the right candidate if needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and other modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques for at-home care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in inpatient care within hospital settings as required.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience in orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, geriatrics, pediatrics, or acute care settings is preferred.
- Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
