Physical Therapy Aide - Spanish Speaking

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero that helps our clinic run like clockwork. Here’s what your days might include:

• Helping patients feel comfortable and supported from start to finish
• Prepping treatment rooms and keeping things organized like a pro
• Assisting with therapy exercises and equipment setup (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
• Demonstrating stretches and basic routines to help patients stay on track
• Transporting equipment and making sure the space stays clean and safe
• Keeping patient info confidential and your documentation tidy
• Lending a hand with equipment sterilization and maintenance
• Supporting your therapy team and owning your role like a boss

What We’re Looking For

• A team player who’s upbeat, dependable, and ready to learn
• Strong multitasking skills (you know how to keep plates spinning!)
• Great communication—you’re kind, clear, and professional
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with lots of movement
• Past experience in physical therapy, fitness, or health sciences is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish, preferred
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test for Los Alamos Lab access
• Ability to pass Tech Test after training—we’ll help you get there!
