Prolink Direct Placement/RPO Region is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a job in Batavia, Illinois.

Hiring for two locations:

Lisle, IL
Batavia, IL
Shift/Hours: FT: 30-40hrs/wk, PT: 8-30hrs/wk. Day Shift.

Pay Details: Pay scale begins at $28.00 - hiring rate based on experience

Holiday/Weekend Requirement: None required

Must Haves:

License: Active PTA state licensure
Certification: BLS
Experience: Open to new grads.
Clinicians must be willing to incorporate technology into care, including body-weight-supported gait training and virtual reality.
Candidates should be proactive and focused on patient outcomes
Education: Associates degree from an accredited PTA program
Preferred: Net Health experience is preferred but can be taught.
About the Unit:

About the Department/Role: In House therapy team, no contract companies. Approximately 12-14 patients daily. Can vary by location.
Will be expected to function independently under the PT’s care plan. However, they can provide mentorship + support if needed to new grad, etc.
Patient Population/Common Diagnosis:

Older adults and individuals requiring short-term post-acute rehabilitation or complex dually certified skilled nursing care.
Short-Term Rehabilitation: Most guests are recovering from acute medical events, major surgeries, or joint replacements and stay for rapid rehabilitation to return home.
- Long-Term Care: Facilities also house long-term residents who need ongoing, continuous nursing support.
High-Acuity Clinical Needs: The patient mix includes individuals requiring specialized interventions such as orthopedic recovery, stroke recovery, cardiac care, pulmonary rehabilitation, wound care, and renal dialysis.
