Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona state license or license eligible required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Effective communication and documentation skills, including electronic medical record (EMR) familiarity.
