PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT PER DIEM For over 40 years, North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community located in Needham, Massachusetts, has provided vibrant living opportunities to people 65+ by offering a host of hospitality, wellness and health care services. The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment to patients, functioning as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing patient and family education and counseling regarding concerns, planning, implementing and modifying treatment procedures, maintaining appropriate documentation. Position Summary The Physical Therapy Assistant provides hands-on rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility, helping Residents rebuild strength, mobility, and independence. Working under a licensed Physical Therapist, this role brings treatment plans to life while building meaningful connections with Residents, families, and the care team.
