Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in skilled nursing required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend work is not required.
• Patient population includes skilled nursing and LTC (Part B).
• Documentation system: Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima).
• Productivity requirement: 95%.
• Dress code: Any color scrubs.
