Job Description
- Providing basic care and assistance to patients during therapy sessions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Transporting patients to and from treatment areas.
- Following instructions from therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Working as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Assisting patients with transfers, mobility, and exercises as directed by therapists.
- Monitoring patients'' conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising therapist.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department is preferred
- Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
