St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join a well-established Cardiology team in Orange, California. This is an opportunity to be part of a new program supporting the CHIPCOT service line. It is a high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives in complex cardiac care and enjoys thinking outside the box. Work closely with an interventional cardiologist treating complex high-risk coronary disease and chronic total occlusions while also participating in rounding during procedures, pre-op consults, schedule support, and program outreach. Position Details
Full-time role with Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule No call responsibilities Support the new CHIPCOT service line Highly collegial and experienced team including physicians, MAs, NPs, and PAs Average 12 to 16 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is between $163,129 and $209,736 per year 5 Days CME 2500 Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, and more The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be a PA-C with cardiology background Experience highly preferred but new graduates with cardiology background are welcome to apply Must be comfortable with complex cardiac cases Must be comfortable working independently
