    PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
    • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
    • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
    • Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Licenses: Active MN license
    • Board: Board Certified as PA or APP
    • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
    • Experience: Minimum experience with hematology patients (benign and malignant)
    • Other Qualifications: Comfortable with unsupervised work setting on solids
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide comprehensive inpatient hematology/oncology care for a diverse patient population
    • Manage benign and malignant hematology patients independently
    • Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to coordinate patient care
    • Perform daily rounds, assessments, and treatment plans for 11-16 patients per day
    • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
