Are you a Physician Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity where you can continue growing clinically, develop specialty expertise, and work closely with an experienced physician?
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing ENT practice in Homewood, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys hands-on patient care and wants to develop or expand their expertise in otolaryngology while maintaining the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
As an important member of our clinical team, you'll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions, participate in office-based procedures, and collaborate closely with an experienced ENT physician and supportive clinical staff.
Whether you already have specialty experience or are interested in transitioning into ENT, this role offers the opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge, strengthen your procedural skills, and make a meaningful difference in your patients' quality of life.
We're looking for a PA who is clinically confident, compassionate, curious, and motivated to continue developing as a provider.
The ideal candidate enjoys the autonomy of advanced practice while valuing the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced ENT physician.
Build your knowledge of ENT conditions, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures while gaining valuable specialty experience.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced physician who can provide guidance, mentorship, and support as you continue developing within the specialty.
ENT offers PAs the opportunity to combine evaluation and medical management with procedural care, creating a varied and engaging clinical environment.
Continue doing meaningful clinical work and developing as a provider while maintaining the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
Take an active role in evaluating, treating, educating, and following patients throughout their care journey.
Manage your patient care responsibilities while having an experienced physician available for consultation and collaboration when needed.
We value continued learning and encourage our providers to expand their clinical knowledge, procedural skills, and specialty expertise.
This position requires the ability to perform the physical functions necessary to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and operating standard clinical equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable law.
We're looking for more than someone to fill a part-time schedule. We're looking for a PA who wants to become a valued member of the practice, develop meaningful relationships with patients, and continue growing professionally.
Our ideal PA brings a strong clinical foundation, curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to learn. Prior ENT experience is certainly valuable, but a strong provider with transferable clinical experience and a genuine interest in otolaryngology may also be an excellent fit.
If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your specialty expertise, gain hands-on ENT experience, and work closely with an experienced physician while maintaining a part-time schedule, we'd love to meet you.
