What You'll Do- Develop individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and primary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide direct wound care management, including dressing changes, prevention, and complication recognition.
- Educate and mentor facility staff on wound care best practices.
What We're Looking For- NP or PA with active Michigan license.
- Background in wound, ostomy, foot, or continence care.
- Certified wound care clinician preferred, but strong experience considered.
- DEA license preferred (not required).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
