Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner: School Based Clinic – Alma

Summary:

MyMichigan Health has an exciting opportunity for dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the School Based Care program in Alma Public Schools!

 

• Full-time
• 3-days in Alma school clinic, 2 days in Breckenridge Family Medicine office

Responsibilities:

Alma School Based Clinic:

• 8 patients per day average
• Clinic is open year-round for students of the school district

Family Medicine Breckenridge:

• Acute visits typical of walk-in clinics
• No patient panel
• No call requirement

Certifications and Licensures:

• AHA approved BLS Certification
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

Required Education:

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered

Other Information:

Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health credentialing process.
