    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team full-time. The PA will work under the supervision of our physicians and collaboratively with our care team to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services to our diverse patient population.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments

    • Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and preventive conditions

    • Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans

    • Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance

    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate care

    • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in our EHR

    • Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts

    • Support behavioral health and chronic care management programs as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Arizona, or eligible for licensure in Arizona.

    • Graduate of an accredited PA program

    • NCCPA certification

    • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (but new graduates welcome to apply)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Experience with EHR systems (eClinicals experience is a plus)

    • BLS/ACLS certification (preferred)
