Primary Care Physician Assistant
The Organization:
Our client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization focused on providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics throughout Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.
The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a mission-driven environment focused on improving access to healthcare for diverse and underserved populations.
Compensation & Benefits:
$115,000 – $135,000 depending on experience
Full Benefits Package (Medical, Vision, Dental)
401(k) with 3% match (immediate eligibility)
2 weeks of PTO during the first year
Office closed during the last 2 weeks of the year
6 Paid Holidays
1 CME conference per year
No on-call responsibilities
Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Requirements:
Current, active, and unencumbered Florida Physician Assistant license
Physician Assistant experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
New graduates considered
Ability to work onsite in an outpatient clinic setting
Experience utilizing an EMR system preferred (Tebra/CareCloud)
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Rotating Saturday approximately once every 3 months
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, comprehensive outpatient care to new and established patients.
Deliver Primary Care and HIV-focused services within a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive healthcare environment.
Serve as a primary care provider in designated clinic settings with organizational support.
Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications within scope of practice.
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists and community resources.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs.
Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.
Promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
