THE OPPORTUNITY

Join PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington as a full-time Radiology Physician Assistant supporting fluoroscopy and image-guided procedures in partnership with our radiologists. Enjoy a weekday schedule with no routine call requirement, working alongside radiologists who provide dedicated training, mentorship, and physician supervision. You'll perform and support a diverse mix of fluoroscopic studies and other image-guided procedures. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new procedural radiology care model, combining meaningful autonomy with strong physician support, advanced imaging technology, and leadership visibility. Ideal days blend hands-on procedures, patient interaction, and collaborative care.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & BALANCE

  • Starting Salary: $142,491 - $178,608 based on years of experience as PA or NP

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in radiology, interventional radiology, surgery, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, or another procedure-oriented specialty.
  • Experience with fluoroscopy-guided procedures such as lumbar punctures, arthrograms, joint injections, and contrast studies.
  • Comfort working in a highly collaborative environment with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and referring providers.

WHAT YOU BRING

Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.Current PA-C certification and eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Washington State.Ability to obtain PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center medical staff privileges and credentialing.Experience performing fluoroscopic and image-guided diagnostic procedures preferred.Demonstrated competency in patient assessment, procedural care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred. (If sedation privileges are anticipated, ACLS may be required.)Commitment to radiation safety, quality patient care, and evidence-based practice.Interest in developing expertise within radiology and helping build an innovative Physician Assistant care model in partnership with Radia.LET'S CONNECT
