Job Details:

• Board certified or board eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM/AOBEM) required
• 
  
• Board Certified in Family Medicine with 4 years of Emergency Medicine experience and/or an Emergency Medicine Fellowship accepted
• 
  
• Must possess ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• 
  
• Free-Standing Emergency Room features 11 private patient care beds
• 
  
• Dedicated trauma room and dedicated pediatric treatment room on site
• 
  
• Fully integrated with a Level II Trauma Center, comprehensive stroke and STEMI/Heart Center
• 
  
• Patients requiring inpatient admission will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
• 
  
• Anticipated volume of 30 patients per day
• 
  
• Teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine offering graduate medical education programs in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neurology, Transitional Residency, Psychiatry, Surgery, and Endocrine Fellowship

This facility is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission and designated as a Level II Trauma Center. As a teaching hospital, it offers graduate medical education programs across multiple specialties. The facility features state-of-the-art medical technology alongside a commitment to patient comfort and convenience, and includes a main emergency room, a pediatric emergency room, and multiple freestanding emergency facilities throughout the region.
