The Service Technician II maintains and operates all mechanical equipment, including devices used for heating and air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, and performs all necessary preventative and repair service of all areas of the community, including vacant apartment preparation, appliance and HVAC repair, and general service. All must comply with the company’s and community’s operating and safety policies and procedures and adhere to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the operation of the community, including all laws relating to Fair Housing.
