Physician - Oncology Gynecology

Job Details:

• Provide Gynecology Oncology coverage for scheduled shift blocks, including September 19 (Saturday) starting 7:00 AM through October 12 (Monday) ending 8:00 AM
• 
  
• Schedule includes daytime OR/Office hours with after-hours call only on weekdays (APPs take first call Monday through Friday)
• 
  
• Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
• 
  
• OR hours are approximately 7:00 or 8:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM (8-hour days)
• 
  
• 24-hour call required on weekends
• 
  
• Coverage shifts are structured in 7-day blocks with flexibility on scheduling
• 
  
• Support staff includes 2 Medical Assistants and 3 APPs
• 
  
• Clinic sees approximately 15 to 20 patients per day; OR coverage as needed
• 
  
• Patient population is adults 18 years and older
• 
  
• Department consists of 1 surgeon and 3 APPs
• 
  
• EMR system is EPIC
• 
  
• Academic hospital setting with residents assigned to service on rotation
• 
  
• Includes ambulatory surgery center and medical group practice clinic setting
• 
  
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology required
• 
  
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand required
• 
  
• DEA registration required
