Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Job Details:

• Outpatient, clinic-only coverage with no call required
• 
  
• Tuesday through Friday preferred, but flexible on days worked
• 
  
• 3 to 4 days per week, 4 weeks per month
• 
  
• Shift times from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• 
  
• Guaranteed 9 hours per day
• 
  
• Integrated with an infusion center featuring 9 infusion chairs and 4 exam rooms
• 
  
• Strong, experienced team of nurse practitioners and registered nurses on staff
• 
  
• Onsite social work, dietician, palliative care, and oncology nurse navigator services available
• 
  
• Dedicated nurse manager supporting the oncology team
• 
  
• Newly remodeled clinic with a team that consistently earns the highest staff satisfaction scores on campus
• 
  
• Very low staff turnover within the team
• 
  
• Approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Preferred experience with bone marrow biopsies
• 
  
• Board certification required; BLS certification required
• 
  
• Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain required; DEA required

This facility is a comprehensive oncology and hematology outpatient clinic offering a full spectrum of cancer care services. The clinic operates within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that includes infusion services, palliative care, oncology navigation, social work, and dietician support.
