Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Full-time outpatient position providing Hematology Oncology care, seeing patients and writing orders
• 
  
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with no call required
• 
  
• See approximately 20-23 patients per day with a focus on Hematology cases
• 
  
• Support staff includes Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, and Scheduler
• 
  
• EMR system: Epic
• 
  
• Board Certification in Hematology required
• 
  
• Washington State License or IMLC required
• 
  
• Hematology Residency/Fellowship required
• 
  
• BLS and DEA required
• 
  
• ACLS preferred
• 
  
• Clean Malpractice history required
