    Summary:

    Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for its Hancock, Michigan location. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

    Practice opportunity details include:

    • Candidate Type: MD/DO
    • 100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule
    • Integrated care with Dental and Behavioral Health
    • Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)
    • $3,500 CME annually
    • 240 hours of Paid Time Off based on full-time employment status

    Job Qualifications:

    • Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
    • State of Michigan unrestricted MD or DO licensure
    • Registered with current DEA certificate
    • One year of practice experience, preferred
