Physician - Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• Nightly call coverage and STEMI call when covering
• 
  
• Up to 40 hours per week coverage every other month plus vacation coverage as needed
• 
  
• See approximately 18 patients per day
• 
  
• Treat patient population ages 18-100
• 
  
• Perform interventional cardiology procedures including R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty, Balloon Pump, and IVUS
• 
  
• Work with support staff including assigned clinical team for outpatients, assigned APP for inpatients, and cath lab staff
• 
  
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• 
  
• Board certification in interventional cardiology required
• 
  
• Valid medical license and DEA registration required
• 
  
• ACLS/BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Work in academic/training environment with clinic and hospital settings
• 
  
• Telemedicine capabilities available
