Job Details:

• Part-time, weekend call position requiring coverage for 24-hour shifts from 5:00 PM on Friday until 8:00 AM on Monday, two weekends per month
• 
  
• Specific coverage dates include November 26-29: Night call on 11/26 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, followed by 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM on 11/27, 11/28, and 11/29
• 
  
• Provide both interventional and general cardiology services during weekend call shifts
• 
  
• Respond to calls for emergent patient care, including consultations and interventions
• 
  
• Round on patients both Saturday and Sunday, with expected rounding time of 4-5 hours each day
• 
  
• Onsite presence required for rounding and specific procedures only
• 
  
• Average callback to the hospital expected 0-4 times per day depending on patient needs
• 
  
• Ensure timely, high-quality care of patients during weekend shifts
• 
  
• Provide clear and detailed documentation of patient encounters and any interventions performed
• 
  
• Must be able to perform both interventional and general cardiology procedures
• 
  
• Must have an active license; local candidates preferred
