    Physician Liaison - Regional

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Regional Marketing team in the role of Regional Physician Liaison.

    The Regional Physician Liaison serves as a strategic growth catalyst for the IU Health system by cultivating high-value relationships with both independent and employed primary care providers. This role is responsible for driving referral volume and protecting retention within targeted territories by aligning clinical services with current market strategies. Beyond active promotion, the Liaison acts as a critical problem-solver for physician offices, identifying and resolving operational barriers to ensure a seamless referral experience. By reporting real-time market intelligence and competitor activity back to system leadership, this position provides the "boots on the ground" insights necessary to refine and execute the organization's overarching growth and clinical mission.

    Key Relationships

    Reports to: Manager - Physician Liaison

    Location: This is a 100% travel-based role serving physician offices across the Indianapolis Metro North Region-including Hamilton, Boone, Hancock, Howard, Madison, Northern Marion, and Tipton counties.

    Candidate Qualifications

    Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

    • Prior sales experience; Prior Healthcare industry experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred.

    • Ability to travel in service area on a regular basis; overnight travel may be required. Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of experience.
