Practice Overview

• General Orthopedics (1.0 FTE)
• Clinic + Surgical Practice + APP Support
• Call: 1:4
• Inpatient Coverage: ~7 days/month
• Opportunity to ramp up quickly.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Outpatient clinic with consistent referral flow
• Surgical cases supported by hospital infrastructure and care coordination teams.
• Collaboration with primary care and rehab services to maintain continuity of care.
• 5-10 cases per week average (annual average ortho does 350 cases per year)
• Call coverage supported by APPs as physician wishes.

Compensation

• $800,000 guaranteed (Year 1) + productivity opportunity
• Many physicians exceed initial guarantee based on volume.
• Productivity model after Year 1 with additional quality incentives
• Earning potential exceeding $1M

• $50,000 sign-on bonus (5-year agreement)
