What You’ll Do - Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities
- Source, recruit, interview, and build relationships with physicians and APPs nationwide
- Match providers to open assignments based on skillsets, licensing, board status, and client needs
- Arrange interviews between physicians and clients
- Negotiate contract terms with both providers and clients
- Extend offers and close placements
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline details in the database
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth assignment execution (travel, licensing, credentialing, payroll, etc.)
- Build long-term provider relationships that fuel repeat business
- Hit and exceed production expectations
What It Takes to Excel - Minimum two years of recruiting experience (healthcare or physician staffing preferred)
- Strong phone presence—this business is built on outbound and relationship-driven calls
- Confident negotiator with persuasive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and moving parts
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Driven, competitive, and results-oriented
